To me, TIG is a place for us to share information and ideas, to raise our voice and get involved in the world's issues. In other words, it acts on our awareness and connect us together. Once we are together, whether we do something or not is totally up to us. In other words, TIG is a mean for inspiring people to achieve their goals, it's definitely not all that we need. Life and living it inspires me. Being able to know that no matter your race, colour, economic status and place of birth, you have dignity and right to live is a treasure that we should all encourage and embrace.
Seeing the youth of today trying to be citizens of one community and that is the global village makes me think that the day is now that we should be inspired by the challenges of this world and make the challenges to be gate way to opportunities. ( read more)

I want to see the nations of the OECD bring their levels of aid to 0.7% of GNI. I really believe that poverty is an issue that could be drastically affected in our lifetimes and I am determined to see some key changes made. The Make Poverty History campaign is hitting countries all over the world and making 'ordinary citizens' aware of the real issues faced by one in five people on this planet.
